Application Process

The following are required to be considered for admission to St. Catherine - St. Lucy School:

 

  1. If your child is in first grade or higher, we require report cards and standardized test scores (if applicable) for the previous two years. In addition, a personal meeting with our administration must be held. For your information, St. Catherine - St. Lucy will be contacting your child’s previous school.

  2. Original city or county birth certificate, which includes birth number – please note that a hospital certificate or state registration form is not acceptable.

  3. Required Medical Forms: Physical- all new students and children entering Kindergarten and 6th grade; Dental- new preschool students and all children entering Kindergarten; Eye Exam- new preschool students and all children entering Kindergarten

  4. A completed application form along with a non-refundable registration fee of $100.00.

 

Application forms will not be accepted without all of the above mentioned documentation.

 

 

Once all above requirements have been met, the application will be reviewed by our Admissions Committee.  Please contact Mrs. Jennifer Courier, our Advancement Director, if you have any questions regarding either the registration process or our school.
